Butyl Tri-Laminate Drysuit - Manufacturer and Supplier

We use butyl tri-laminate fabric from Taiwan or European manufacturers to make drysuits. Butyl tri-laminate fabric is a light and strong material. It is currently the mainstream material for drysuits. drysuit of this material are mainly used for diving, but its thermal insulation performance is not as good as that of neoprene drysuits. It needs to be used with thermal undersuits. It is not stretch, the drysuit made are usually loose and easy to put on and take off.

There are many types of butyl tri-laminate fabric. The outer layer can be made of nylon, polyester, Cordura®, Kevlar® and other materials, the middle waterproof layer is butyl rubber, and the inner layer is usually 70D nylon or 75D polyester, and we meet customer needs through different combinations. In response to the current market demand, we can provide ultra-lightweight butyl tri-laminate fabric to make divsuits (the whole drysuits are controlled below 3KG).

Butyl tri-laminate drysuits optional back zipper or front diagonal zipper, equipped with inflation valve and exhaust valve, the pee valve and dump valve are also optional. It is equipped with heavy-duty vulcanized rubber boots or foot socks, neck and wrists use seals to prevent water ingress (fixed or detachable system, usually latex seal and silicone ring system), and a dry glove system is also an option.
