Drysuit Fabric

Explain: Our company produces neoprene drysuit fabrics by ourselves. Butyl tri-laminate fabric we use products from Taiwan or European manufacturers. We purchase breathable tri-laminate fabric from manufacturers in Japan, Taiwan and China.

Note: The neoprene fabric and butyl tri-laminate fabric are mainly used to make diving drysuits, and the breathable tri-laminate fabric are mainly used to make amphibious drysuits, surface drysuits and rescue drysuits.

Drysuit Valve

Explain: The mainstream brands of inflation valves, exhaust valves and pee valves used in drysuits are SI-TECH® (Sweden) and Apeks® (UK). In addition, the pee valves of Halcyon (US) are also well-known, dump valve is usually used on surface drysuits or rescue drysuits.

Note: SI-TECH® is a professional drysuit valve manufacturer. This Swedish company has a long history of developing cold water diving equipment. We provide a full range of SI-TECH® products, including inflation valves, exhaust valves, dump valves, pee valves and many other varieties.

Drysuit Zipper

Explain: We purchase YKK® PROSEAL® (original BDM brand, existing BDM and YKK two logos) and AQUASEAL® series drysuit zippers. TIZIP® MasterSeal and SuperSeal series drysuit zippers are also our common choices.

Note: Usually we use BDM drysuit zippers (different models and different coatings) on neoprene drysuits and butyl tri-laminate drysuits. YKK® AQUASEAL® and TIZIP® SuperSeal series drysuit zippers are used for butyl tri-laminate drysuits or rescue drysuits, TIZIP® MasterSeal series drysuit zippers are mostly used for rescue drysuits.

Drysuit Latex Seal

Explain: We have been directly purchasing a large number of latex seals from many European manufacturers for use on drysuits, including neck seal, wrist seal, socks seal, bicep seal, ankle seal, hood seal, gloves seal, etc. Multiple varieties.

Note: Both latex and silicone seals can be used on the modular system, but only latex seals can be directly glued to the drysuits. Silicone seals cannot be bonded, so bonded seals = latex seals.

Drysuit Modular Seal System

Explain: We use the drysuit modular seal system from a European manufacturer (SI-TECH®), including a variety of models. The seals made of silicone or latex can be used as a replacement part, and it can be matched with a dry glove system.

Drysuit Dry Gloves System

Explain: We use a dry glove system from a European manufacturer (SI-TECH®), including a variety of models of dry glove ring systems, with latex or PVC gloves.

Note: We also provide dry gloves with a bottleneck seal that can be used alone (including multiple brands).

Drysuit Adhesive Glue

Explain: As a professional drysuit manufacturing factory, we need to use many types of adhesive glues, treatment agents, accelerators and hardeners in the manufacturing process of drysuits, including 15L, 4L, 1L, and 0.5L specifications. We also provide AQUASEAL brand drysuit repair adhesive glue.

Note: Fabrics or accessories of different materials need to use different types of adhesive glue and treatment agents. We have mature adhesive glue treatment and application schemes. Misuse will cause the seam firmness and durability of drysuits to decrease.

Drysuit Seam Tape

Explain: Depending on the material, the stitching position of the drysuit is usually use a heat sealing machine hot melt tape (hot tape) or glue rubber tape (glue tape) for waterproof reinforcement. We use Japan MELCO™, China and homemade products for hot melt tape, and Taiwan Butyltex® and homemade products for glue rubber tape.

Note: The hot melt tape and glue rubber tape can be cut into different widths according to different needs, and can also be made into a round or square shape for use when repairing drysuits.

Drysuit Repair Kit

Explain: According to the different materials of drysuits, we provide a variety of matching repair kits, which can be equipped or sold separately when the drysuits leaves the factory according to customer needs. Including round and square repair patches of different sizes (hot melt tape or glue rubber tape), AQUASEAL repair adhesive, applicator brush, masking stickers (adapted to the repair patch shape), zipper lubricant and so on.

Note: In addition to personal repair kits, we can also provide large repair kits for dry clothes repair centers or team users.

Zipper Cleaner Lubricant

Explain: We use a zipper care kit from the American manufacturer AQUASEAL®, including a zipper lubricant stick (Zip Tech) and a zipper cleaner and lubricant (Zip Care), for the lubrication of the waterproof zippers of drysuits, and to resist salt water, chlorine and rust damage to the zipper.

Note: It is a very important maintenance item to clean and lubricate the waterproof zipper of the drysuit, which can effectively prolong the service life and use feeling of the waterproof zipper of the drysuit.
